What Is Phillip Doing In His Room?
A Solo Exhibition by Phil Dunn
Friday, September 25, 6-9pm
Smalter Gallery, 1802 W. 39th St. KCMO
A collection of abstract and surreal works about one human’s quest for existential connection.
Every single time we’ve had Phil Dunn in a group show at Smalter Gallery, we’ve been asked if and when he’ll have a full exhibition of his own with us. In moments of resin-covered reverie, his work has been delighting you in smaller appearances…
Now, by request of our patrons (let’s be real - this was a straight up demand), Phil Dunn’s first ever solo exhibition with Smalter Gallery will open Friday, September 25 from 6-9pm.
Even if you’ve never experienced his work before - and it is definitely an experience - be sure to stop by the gallery for opening night of this show. Phil’s work is abstraction and surrealism at its best and most unique.
